MICHAEL COLLINS HONEYSUCKLE BY ALLEN KATZ

Michael Collins Blend

INGREDIENTS

• 1½ parts Michael Collins Blend
• 2 tsp liquid honey
• 1¼ parts Sauvignon Blanc wine
• 1½ parts fresh apple juice
• ¼ part passion fruit syrup
• ¼ part fresh lemon juice


DIRECTIONS

Shake ingredients over ice and strain into chilled cocktail glass.

Garnish with a thin apple slice.
