Reopened 2008.

April 2008 - The development plans mentioned below have been canceled - the latest reports are that Mark Hyatt will be reopening Benihana in its original location, and eventually to reopen a restaurant at the former Martha’s location (next door to Benihana) in the future.

Benihana closed in March 2006, to make room for a condominium development.

Martha’s, in the other half of the building closed in late 2005.
