WILD RICE PILAF

Step One 2 Quarts Weak Chicken Stock 1 Teaspoon Salt 1 Teaspoon Black Pepper, Table Grind
Step Two 1/2 pound Wild Rice Step Three 1 Small Yellow Onion -- chopped 1/2 cup Celery -- chopped 1/2 cup Green Peppers -- chopped 1/4 pound Butter
Step Four 1 Cup Mushrooms -- sliced 1/4 cup Parsley -- chopped
Step Five 3 Cups White Rice
[1) Bring Water and seasonings to a boil in large saucepan.....
[2) Add WILD RICE to Boiling water and SIMMER for 20 minutes.
[3) Saute Vegetables in Butter quickly..... When Vegetables are half done, add MUSHROOMS ...saute lightly.
[4) Stir in PARSLEY when Vegetables are done...
[5) Add White Rice and Wild Rice mixtures to Vegetables.....
[6) Put in large roasting pan, COVER tightly with foil and bake in oven at 350°F for 30 minutes.
