TOSSED SALAD WITH ORANGE VINAIGRETTE

Serves 4 to 6.

6 cups mixed salad greens
1 cup sliced strawberries
1 11-oz can mandarin orange sections, drained
1/2 of small red onion, sliced
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1/2 teaspoon finely shredded orange peel
3 tablespoons orange juice
2 tablespoons white vinegar OR cider vinegar
1 teaspoon sugar 


Cooking Directions
Toss salad greens, strawberries or orange sections and red onion in large salad bowl.

For dressing, combine vegetable oil, orange peel, orange juice, vinegar and sugar in screw-top jar.

Cover and shake well.

Pour over salad greens mixture, tossing to coat.
