STAR FRUIT AVOCADO SALAD

Makes 4 servings
Each serving equals one 5 A Day serving

Ingredients
12 Romaine lettuce leaves, torn
2 tomatoes, sliced
1 red onion, sliced
1/2 avocado sliced
4 star fruit sliced
1 cup cucumber sliced
1 cup jicama sliced
12 mushrooms, sliced


On each of four salad plates, arrange a bed of lettuce.

Layer the remaining ingredients in the order listed.

Drizzle with lemon vinaigrette or your favorite dressing.
