COOKIE DOUGH

You can refrigerate pretty much any cookie dough for about 3 days or freeze them for about a month. (the main exception would be cookies with a very thin batter).

Form into 'logs' so you can thaw the amount you need easily.

Be sure to wrap them with plastic wrap and then put in a freezer bag so the dough doesn't pick up any freezer odors.

You can cut and use the frozen dough without thawing.
