4 cups oats 1½ cups chopped nuts 1 cup packed sugar 3/4 cup melted butter or margarine 1/2 cup corn syrup 1 teaspoon vanilla
1. Combine all ingredients.
2. Press firmly into well-greased 9" x 13" pan.
3. Bake in 450 °F oven for 15 to 18 minutes, or until brown and bubbly.
4. Cool. Cut 3 x 12 into thirty-six 2-inch bars.
