SHAKE - LO-CAL BANANA SHAKE
This is an official 5 A Day recipe. Makes 1 serving.
1/4 cup non-fat dried milk 3/4 cup water 1 ripe banana 4 ice cubes
Combine all ingredients in electric blender.
Cover and run on high speed until thick and smooth.
