KIELBASA & CABBAGE

Ingredients
~ 1½ lb. head green cabbage, shredded ~ 2 medium onions, chopped ~ 3 medium red potatoes, peeled and cubed ~ 1 red bell pepper, chopped ~ 2 garlic cloves, minced ~ 2/3 cup dry white wine ~ 1½ lbs. Polish kielbasa, cut into 3-inch long links ~ 28 oz. can cut-up tomatoes with juice ~ 1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard ~ ¼ tsp. caraway seeds ~ ½ tsp. pepper ~ ¾ tsp. salt
Directions
1. Combine all ingredients in slow cooker.
2. Cover. Cook on Low 7-8 hours, or until cabbage is tender.
