Serves 6 muffins.

1 package (8.5 ounces) corn bread and muffin mix
1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 cup canned corn with peppers, drained
1 tablespoon canned chopped green chilies, optional

Cooking Directions
Prepare corn muffins according to package directions.
Stir in the cheese, corn and chilies, if desired.
Bake in muffin tin or baking pan as directed.

Serving Suggestions
These muffins are for standard muffin pans.
If you use the smaller mini muffin pans, be sure to adjust the baking time.
