Makes 6 servings

Strawberry Chicken Salad
Ingredients

• 1 package (16 ounces) Driscoll’s Strawberries
• 12 ounces cooked smoked chicken breast,

• 3/4 cup fennel, thinly sliced

Rinse, hull and slice or quarter strawberries.

Combine strawberries, chicken, greens, jicama, fennel and green onion in a large bowl.
