ROASTED CLAMS WITH VINEGAR SAUCE
Place washed clams in a single layer on a roasting pan or a baking sheet with sides.
Roast in a 350 degree oven for about 10-12 minutes, depending on size of clams.
When clams open, remove them from oven and serve with cocktail sauce, drawn butter or the following vinegar dipping sauce.
Vinegar Dipping Sauce
• 1/2 cup cider vinegar
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1 teaspoon minced Florida garlic
• 1 teaspoon fresh cracked black pepper
• 1/2 cup Florida green onions, finely chopped
• 1/4 cup Florida tomatoes, finely chopped
