PUMPKIN PIE

Makes 6-8 servings Prep Time: 15-20 minutes Baking Time: 40-50 minutes
Ingredients • 9" unbaked pie shell • 3 eggs • scant 1/2 cup brown sugar • 1/3 cup sugar • 1/4 tsp. salt • 1 1/4 tsp. cinnamon • 1/4 tsp. ginger • 1/4 tsp. nutmeg • dash of allspice • 2/3 tsp. vanilla • 1 1/3 cups pumpkin • 1 1/3 cups milk • 2 tsp. cornstarch
Directions 1. Beat eggs in a large mixing bowl. Add all remaining ingredients as listed. Whisk until very smooth.
2. Pour into unbaked pie shell.
3. Bake at 350° for 40-50 minutes, until set and browned.
