Fix-it And Enjoy-it Cookbookby Phyllis Pellman Good Makes 6-8 servingsPrep Time: 15-20 minutes Baking Time: 40-50 minutesIngredients• 9" unbaked pie shell• 3 eggs• scant 1/2 cup brown sugar• 1/3 cup sugar• 1/4 tsp. salt• 1 1/4 tsp. cinnamon • 1/4 tsp. ginger • 1/4 tsp. nutmeg • dash of allspice • 2/3 tsp. vanilla • 1 1/3 cups pumpkin • 1 1/3 cups milk• 2 tsp. cornstarchDirections1. Beat eggs in a large mixing bowl. Add all remaining ingredients as listed. Whisk until very smooth.2. Pour into unbaked pie shell.3.
