GREAT MEATLOAF RECIPE

Number of Servings: 8-10


Ingredients

    2 lbs. ground chuck
    2 egg whites(slightly beaten)
    1 c. bread crumbs
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1/4 c. milk
    2 teasp. horseradish
    1 teasp. dry mustard
    3/4 c. catsup


Directions

Combine all ingredients, form into a loaf.

Bake in oven at 350' for one hour.
