MAI TAI

Supposedly created by Victor Bergeron, owner of the original Trader Vic's. When served to some Tahitian friends, they exclaimed 'Mai tai' meaning 'out of this world'. Light and dark rums, Curaçao, lime juice, orgeat syrup and grenadine.
