BLUE CHEESE STUFFING

Serves 8

1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese
1/2 cup walnuts, coarsely chopped
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
 

Cooking Directions

Stir together all ingredients.

Makes enough stuffing for 6-8 pork chops or 4 double-pocket chops.

Two tablespoons equals one serving.


Serving Suggestions

Use good blue cheese for this very simple stuffing. Use in chops or stuff Other Burgers with it. For cooking times check stuffed chop recipes like Apple-Stuffed Pork Chops or stuffed recipes like Mushroom-stuffed Pork Burgers for cooking guidelines.
