TUNA: WATERMELON AND SEARED TUNA
Yield: 1 serving
Ingredients • 1/4 cup watermelon, diced • 4 ounces tuna, seared and cut into small slices • 1 ounce pickled ginger, minced • 1 tablespoon cilantro, chopped • 1 teaspoon soy sauce • salt and pepper to taste
Preparation Sear tuna in a medium sauté pan to taste.
Place all the ingredients in a medium size bowl and mix well.
Serve chilled in a martini glass.
