Serves 8 - 10 as an appetizer 4 slices whole wheat or white bread, cut into cubes1/2 cup Florida skim milk1 Florida egg1 small onion, chopped2 teaspoons chopped Florida garlic2 tablespoons dried oregano leaves3 tablespoons dried mint leaves1 teaspoon salt1/2 teaspoon black pepper1 pound ground Florida venison In a bowl, combine bread cubes and milk; let stand 5 minutes.
