Divine Kosher Cuisine: Catering to Family and Friendsby Rise' Routenberg, Barbara WasserFor easier removal, wrap cloves and cinnamon in cheesecloth or place in a closeable tea strainer.Yield: About 16 CupsIngredients• Sugar to taste • 1 teaspoon whole cloves • 1 cinnamon stick • 8 tea bags • 4 cups boiling water• 10 cups cold water • 1 1/2 cups orange juice • 1/4 cup lemon juice• Decorative Ice Mold, optionalDirections1. Combine sugar, cloves, cinnamon and tea bags in pitcher.2. Pour boiling water over mixture and steep 10 minutes.3. Remove tea bags, cloves and cinnamon. Stir in remaining ingredients and chill.
