2 pounds Florida red-skinned new potatoes1 tablespoon Garlic (minced)3 tablespoons Olive oil1 tablespoon Fresh rosemary (chopped) 1 teaspoon PaprikaSalt and freshly ground black pepper to taste Cut potatoes in half. Combine remaining ingredients and toss with potatoes until evenly coated.Spread potatoes on a baking sheet and roast in a 425 degree F oven for 25 minutes or until potatoes are soft to the touch and golden brown.
