MOCHA CAPPUCCINO PIE

Serves 6

1 package (3.9 oz) instant chocolate pudding and pie filling
1 teaspoon instant flavored coffee granules
1 cup milk
1 cup vanilla ice cream
1 cup whipped topping
1 (9-inch) graham cracker pie crust 


Cooking Directions
Combine chocolate pudding mix, coffee granules, milk and ice cream. Beat for 2 minutes or until creamy and smooth. Stir in whipped topping and pour into graham cracker crust. Chill for 5 minutes. Slice and serve with additional whipped topping.


Serving Suggestions
Change the flavor of this coffee-flavored chocolate pie with different flavored instant coffees. Or for French Vanilla Cappuccino Pie substitute vanilla pudding mix.
