The peach blossom is the state flower of Delaware.

The Blue Hen chicken, noted for their fighting ability, is the official state bird of Delaware.

The Lady Bug is Delaware's official state bug.

The sheaf of wheat, ear of corn, and the ox on the state seal symbolize the farming activities of colonial Delaware.
