Ingredients
~ 1 lb. uncooked boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cubed ~ 14½ oz.-can low-sodium Italian diced tomatoes, undrained ~ 2 potatoes, peeled and cubed ~ 5 carrots, chopped ~ 3 celery ribs, chopped ~ 1 onion, chopped ~ 2 4-oz. cans mushroom stems and pieces, drained ~ 3 chicken bouillon cubes ~ 2 tsp. sugar ~ ½ tsp. dried basil ~ ½ tsp. dill weed ~ 1 tsp. chili powder ~ ¼ tsp. black pepper ~ 1 Tbsp. cornstarch ~ 1 cup water
Directions
1. Combine all ingredients except cornstarch and water in slow cooker.
2. Combine water and cornstarch. Stir into slow cooker.
3. Cover. Cook on Low 8-10 hours until vegetables are tender.
