Step One 2 Quarts Chicken stock 1/3 Teaspoon Salt 2 Pinches White Pepper Step Two 1/4 Cup Onions -- minced 1/4 Cup Celery -- minced Step Three 3 Ounces Egg Noodles 1/3 Pound Cooked Chicken -- diced
Directions
[1) Bring stock to a boil.
[2) Add minced Onion and Celery. Simmer 5 minutes.
[3) Add noodles and chicken and cook 20 minutes.
