CHICKEN NOODLE SOUP #1

Serving Size: 8   

Step One
2 Quarts Chicken stock
1/3 Teaspoon Salt
2 Pinches White Pepper
                      
Step Two
1/4 Cup Onions -- minced
1/4 Cup Celery -- minced
                      
Step Three
3 Ounces Egg Noodles
1/3 Pound Cooked Chicken -- diced


[1) Bring stock to a boil.

[2) Add minced Onion and Celery. Simmer 5 minutes.

[3) Add noodles and chicken and cook 20 minutes.
  

Per serving: 98 Calories (kcal); 2g Total Fat; (16% calories from fat); 8g Protein; 9g Carbohydrate; 26mg Cholesterol; 2256mg Sodium
