Makes 6 servings
INGREDIENTS
1 red onion, chopped
1 sweet pepper, chopped
1½ lbs. boneless cooked turkey, finely chopped
1 cup no-salt-added ketchup
1/2 tsp. salt
1 garlic clove, minced
1 tsp. Dijon-style mustard
1/8 tsp. pepper
6 (1½ ozs. each) multigrain sandwich rolls
DIRECTIONS
1. Place onion, sweet pepper, and turkey in slow cooker.
2. Combine ketchup, salt, garlic, mustard, and pepper. Pour over turkey mixture. Mix well.
3. Cover. Cook on Low 4½ - 6 hours.
4. Serve on sandwich rolls.
