The Sudan Traditional Food Festival is a three-day event taking place in the Khartoum International Fair grounds. The event celebrates the local traditions of growing, storing, preserving and making various types of traditional food and drinks.  The festival includes food fairs, exhibitions, seminars, lectures and several outdoor activities including live cooking demonstrations, food markets, and traditional music and dance performances.
