PROSCIUTTO-WRAPPED FRUITS

Serves 48

Ingredients

    • 1 pound wafer-thin-sliced Prosciutto
    • 1 cantaloupe or honeydew, cut into wedges
    • 2 apples, cored and cut into wedges
    • 2 pears, cored and cut into wedges
    • Fresh lime wedges
     

Cooking Directions

Shortly before serving, sprinkle apple and pear wedges with fresh lime juice.

Wrap fruit wedges in Prosciutto slices.

Arrange on serving tray.
