ISLAND MARINADE


1/2 cup orange juice
4 tablespoons lime juice
3 cloves garlic, crushed
2 teaspoons dried thyme
1 tablespoon honey 


Cooking Directions
In self-sealing bag, combine all ingredients.

Add 4 pork chops to bag, seal and refrigerate overnight

Discard any leftover marinade.

Serving Suggestions
This citrus marinade can also work on small roasts. Grilling brings out the flavor.
