FIVE-SPICE MARINADE


1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup dry sherry
1/2 cup minced onion
2 tablespoons grated fresh ginger root
2 teaspoons five-spice powder
2 tablespoons chili oil
2 teaspoons sesame oil 


Cooking Directions
In self-sealing bag, combine all ingredients.

Add 4 pork chops to bag, seal and refrigerate overnight

Discard any leftover marinade.


Serving Suggestions
This marinade works well with pork chops, but can also be used on loin roasts or tenderloins.
