WARM CRANBERRY COMPOTE
Serves 6 One and one half 5 A Day servings
2 cups Cranberries, fresh or frozen 3 cups Pineapple chunks, cut in half 1 cup Brown sugar 1 tsp Cinnamon 1/4 tsp Nutmeg
Combine all ingredients in a medium saucepan.
Bring mixture to a boil and cook just until the cranberries begin to pop, stirring frequently.
Cool slightly.
Spoon into bowls and top with frozen yogurt, if desired
