JASON SOBOCINSKI

Jason Sobocinski, the owner and creator of New Haven's award-winning restaurant/cheese shop Caseus Fromagerie Bistro, comes from a long line of Italian food merchants and a family of food lovers.

A graduate of Providence College, he earned his Master’s Degree in Gastronomy at Boston University and worked his way up the ranks at the prestigious Formaggio Kitchen in Cambridge. Armed with lots of cheesy knowledge, he opened Caseus in New Haven, Connecticut.

With his innovative cheese-centered gastropub, Jason has succeeded in "extending our kitchen table" to welcome a steady stream of happy customers. He lives in Hamden, Connecticut.
