TORTELLINI WITH SHIITAKE

INGREDIENTS
• 8.00 ounces Tortellini pasta • 4.50 ounces Shiitake mushrooms, sliced • 1.00 tbs. Fresh herbs • 0.50 cup White Wine • 0.50 cup Cream
DIRECTIONS
Cook tortellini according to package directions. Set aside.
Saute mushrooms with garlic, fresh herbs and white wine for 3 minutes.
Slowly add cream and reduce to sauce.
Add tortellini and heat to serve.
