INGREDIENTS• 8.00 ounces Tortellini pasta• 4.50 ounces Shiitake mushrooms, sliced• 1.00 tbs. Fresh herbs• 0.50 cup White Wine• 0.50 cup Cream DIRECTIONS Cook tortellini according to package directions. Set aside. Saute mushrooms with garlic, fresh herbs and white wine for 3 minutes.
