SPINACH - CREAMED SPINACH

Serves 4

1 10-ounce package of frozen chopped spinach
1 3-ounce package cream cheese, softened
1 tablespoon melted butter
1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1 tablespoon Parmesan cheese
 

Cooking Directions
Cook spinach according to package directions; drain well.

Stir together cream cheese, butter and nutmeg.

Stir in spinach, spoon into lightly greased 1-quart casserole, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.

Cover and bake at 350 degrees F. oven for 20 minutes.

Or cover and microwave at 100 percent power for 3 minutes.

Serving Suggestions
A favorite with spinach lovers for all holidays and special occasions. Serve with Company's Coming Pork Roast or Rack of Pork.
