SPICY LASAGNA (Slow Cooker)

Ingredients
~ 10-oz. pkg. lasagna noodles, broken into bite-sized pieces, cooked ~ 1 lb. ground beef, browned ~ ½ lb. Italian sausage, slicld and browned ~ 1 onion, chopped ~ 1 clove garlic, minced ~ 12 oz. mozzarella cheese, shredded ~ 12 oz. cottage or ricotta cheese ~ 16 oz. can tomato sauce ~ 1 tsp. dried basil ~ ½ tsp. dried oregano ~ 1½ Tbsp. dried parsley flakes ~ ½ tsp.pepper ~ 1½ tsp. salt
Directions 1. Combine all ingredients in greased slow cooker.
2. Cover. Cook on Low 7-9 hours, or on High 3-5 hours.
Variation: Replace mix of ground beef and sausage with 1½ Ibs. ground beef.
