PICKLED ONIONS RECIPE INGREDIENTS • 4 big onions, peeled • salt • 2 Tbls sugar • 4 Tbls wine vinegar • 2 Tbls chopped mint leaves DIRECTIONS Peel onions and slice. Sprinkle onions with salt; add vinegar and mint leaves. Leave for an hour before serving.
