MUSTARD SAUCE FOR FISH

Servings: 15   


2 1/4 Cups Clarified Butter
3/4 Cup Dijon mustard
1/4 Cup Lemon juice -- +
6 Tablespoons Dry white wine
2 Tablespoons Sugar
3/4 Teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce


Combine all ingredients and mix well with whip.
