MASHED BONIATOS 1 lb. Florida bonitos, peeled 2 tablespoons butter 1/2 cup Florida milk 2 teaspoons salt 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
Peel boniatos and cover with water and bring to a boil, simmer until boniatos are very tender.
