6 whole Carrots -- grated coarsely
3/4 cup Raisins
3/4 cup Pecans; Or Walnuts -- chopped
1 Tablespoon Lemon Zest -- grated
1 Teaspoon Salt
Pepper -- to taste
3/4 cup Mayonnaise
3/4 cup Sour Cream

[1) Mix first group of ingredients together.    

[2) Combine Mayonnaise and Sour Cream, and toss with above.
