BLUEBERRY PIE

2 9" Pie Crusts

Filling:
4 cups fresh Florida Blueberries
1/2 cup sugar
1/3 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
3 Tbsp. Butter


Method:
Heat oven to 425 degrees.

Combine dry ingredients and stir in blueberries.

Place 1 of the crusts in a 9" pie pan and pour mixture onto crust, sprinkle with lemon juice and dot with butter.

Cover with second crust, seal and crimp edges.

Cuts slits in the top of crust and bake for approximately 35-45 minutes.
