Banana Nut Bread

Yield        :"4 Loaves"


                 ***** Cream Together *****
  1              Pound Butter, Unsalted
  4              Cups Granulated Sugar

  9              Whole Eggs

                 ***** Mash Together *****
  12             Whole Bananas, Whole Ripe
     1/4           Cup Milk
     1/4           Cup Sour Cream
  1          Teaspoon Cider Vinegar
  4              Cups Walnuts -- chopped

                 ***** Mix Together *****
  16             Cups Flour, All-purpose
  1        Tablespoon Salt
  4          Teaspoons Baking Soda
  4          Teaspoons Baking Powder

Cream sugar and butter together.

Add eggs one at a time while mixing.

Mash bananas, milk, sour cream, and vinegar together, and add nuts.
Combine this with egg, sugar, butter mixture.

Mix dry ingredients together, then add gradually to banana mix - Work quickly.
DO NOT OVERMIX.

Butter (or use spray oil) 4 loaf pans  (5" x 9"), add dough, and bake in 325 degree F oven for 55 - 65 minutes.
When done, remove from oven and let sit for at least 10 minutes before removing from pans.
