Ingredients2 pounds Unsalted butter8 cups granulated sugar16 whole eggs2 cups sour cream2 2/3 tablespoons vanilla8 cups bananas -- mashed2 tablespoons baking soda2 teaspoons salt12 cups flour, all-purpose -- siftedInstructionsCream sugar and butter together.Blend eggs into sugar mixture a few at a time.Add sour cream and vanilla to mixture.Gently fold in mashed bananas until well mixed.Mix baking soda, salt and flour together. Then gradually add to banana mixture.Add a little at a time, but work fast.Bake in greased pans at 375 degrees F. for 50 to 55 minutes.
