Fix-it And Enjoy-it Cookbook

Makes 6-7 servings
Prep Time: 15 minutes
Chilling Time: 45 minutes

• 1/2 cup mayonnaise
• 2 Tbsp. honey
• 2 Tbsp. vinegar
• 1/4 cup fresh cranberries, chopped, or snipped dried cranberries
• 5 cups shredded cabbage (1 small head)

Combine mayonnaise, honey, and vinegar. Stir in cranberries.

2. Place shredded cabbage in a large bowl.

3. Pour dressing over cabbage. Toss to coat.

4. Cover and chill for 45 minutes.

This salad is very pretty for holiday parties, but it is delicious anytime.
