WHISKEY MOUSSE

Yields: 6 servings
Ingredients • 1 cup heavy cream • 1/2 cup honey • 1/2 cup whiskey
Directions Whip cream until it forms soft peaks. Be careful not to over whip, or the cream will turn into butter.
In a separate bowl, combine the honey and whisky. Fold gently into the whipped cream.
Fill 6 margarita glasses and chill until served.
Serve with cookies.
