4 - 8 ounce Steaks (tenderloin or strip steaks) Dry rub seasoning:1 teaspoon Salt1 teaspoon Ground cumin1 teaspoon Chili powder1 teaspoon Black pepper1 teaspoon Celery salt1 teaspoon Dry mustard1/2 teaspoon Cayenne pepper2 teaspoons Paprika Method:Combine all dry rub ingredients well.Spread rub mixture evenly on the steaks (natural moisture of the item should help rub adhere) prior to cooking.
