Number of Servings: 2 2 12-Oz. Rib eye steaks2 Tbsp. Olive oil4 Medium Cloves garlic1/2 Cup Sour cream1 1/2 Tbsp. Horseradish1 Tbsp. Maple syrupRoast 4 cloves garlic in 1 Tbsp. olive oil at 400 for about 20 minutes or until nicely browned. Take out and puree in processor or mince fine. Hand rub steaks with remaining oil, salt and pepper to taste and grill over hot coals to medium about 5 to 7 minutes per side. In a mixing bowl, combine sour cream, roasted garlic, horseradish and maple syrup. Salt and pepper to taste. Plate steaks with your favorite side dish and spoon horseradish sauce on top of the steak.
