GRILLED FILLET OF BEEF WITH HORSERADISH-MUSTARD SAUCE


Ingredients:

• 8 ounce plain nonfat yogurt 
• 8 ounce sour cream 
• 3 Tablespoons capers, drained 
• 6 Tablespoons chopped fresh chives 
• 2 Tablespoons prepared white horseradish (squeeze out all liquid) 
• 3 Tablespoons Heinz Spicy Mustard 
• 2 Tablespoons chopped fresh dill 
• Salt and fresh cracked black pepper to taste 
• Beef tenderloin cut into 6 - 6 ounce fillets 
• Extra virgin olive oil for brushing the steaks 
 

Directions: 

For the sauce: Mix yogurt, sour cream, capers, chives, horseradish, mustard, and dill in a bowl. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Cover and refrigerate until ready to use.

For beef tenderloin fillets: Preheat grill to medium high heat. Brush the steaks with the extra virgin olive oil and season them with salt and pepper to taste. Grill to desired preference, turning once during grilling.

Serve with horseradish mustard dip passed separately.
