CINNAMON CHILE CRUSTED STEAK
Prep Time: 10 minutes Cook Time: 20 minutes Makes 8 servings
Ingredients:
• 2 teaspoons McCormick® Gourmet Collection Ancho Chile Pepper • 1 1/2 teaspoons McCormick® Gourmet Collection Ground Cinnamon • 1 1/2 teaspoons McCormick® Gourmet Collection Oregano Leaves • 1 teaspoon McCormick® Gourmet Collection Chipotle Chile Pepper • 1 teaspoon McCormick® Gourmet Collection Parsley Flakes • 1/2 teaspoon McCormick® Gourmet Collection Ground Cumin • 3/4 teaspoon McCormick® Gourmet Collection Coarse Grind Black Pepper • 1 1/4 teaspoons salt • 4 New York strip or rib eye steaks, cut 1-inch thick
Directions:
1. Combine spices and salt in small bowl. Spread over large plate. Roll steaks in spices to coat evenly.
2. Grill or broil steaks over medium-high heat 8-10 minutes per side, or until desired doneness.
