Makes 8 servings


• 2 teaspoons McCormick Gourmet Collection Ancho Chile Pepper
• 1½ teaspoons McCormick Gourmet Collection Ground Cinnamon
• 1½ teaspoons McCormick Gourmet Collection Oregano Leaves
• 1 teaspoon McCormick Gourmet Collection Chipotle Chile Pepper
• 1 teaspoon McCormick Gourmet Collection Parsley Flakes
• 1/2 teaspoon McCormick Gourmet Collection Ground Cumin
• 3/4 teaspoon McCormick Gourmet Collection Coarse Grind Black Pepper
• 1¼ teaspoons salt
• 4 New York strip or rib eye steaks, cut 1-inch thick


1. Combine spices and salt in small bowl. Spread over large plate. Roll steaks in spices to coat evenly.

2. Grill or broil steaks over medium-high heat 8-10 minutes per side, or until desired doneness.
