MARYLAND STUFFED HOG MAW

Hog maw is the lining of a pig's stomach. Similar to 'Haggis,'  Maryland Stuffed Hog Maw is stuffed with sausage, bread crumbs, potatoes and onions, sewn closed, and then simmered and baked.
