The Festival is organised by Farplace Animal Rescue. We are a UK animal rescue who help specialist cases like FIV+ cats and have helped many such cases in need from Ireland. All the profits from the festival will directly help animals.

You don’t have to be vegan to enjoy Cork Vegfest; you can just hang out eating great food, try natural ethical products, learn about plant based health benefits or enjoy a talk among a super friendly gathering.

April 29-May 4, 2020  Roscommon Lamb Festival '20 - Roscommon, Ireland
A celebration of family fun, great food, farming, crafts, heritage, and community spirit in County Roscommon.  The festival is one of the Midlands premier agricultural, country, and family festivals.

May 6-9, 2020  Belfast Beer and Cider Festival - Belfast, Northern Ireland
EVENT CANCELLED FOR 2020.  It is with great regret that we are announcing that the Belfast Beer & Cider Festival will not be running in 2019.  This is not the end for the Belfast Beer & Cider Festival. Having made the final call not to go ahead with this year’s festival, we are already looking at options for 2020.

May 15-17, 2020  Burren Slow Food Festival - Lisdoonvarna, Clare, Ireland
Do things that you might not easily get around to otherwise, like soaking up knowledge at the talks and cookery demos; getting to know small producers and their products, and asking them all kinds of questions right there and then; and tasting wonderful samples of what the sea and the Irish soil have to offer.

Held in conjunction with the Baltimore Wooden Boat Festival, this three-day event is a showcase for the products of Baltimore's fishing and fish farming industries and for other local food producers.

June 11-14, 2020 - Taste of Dublin - Dublin, Ireland
EVENT WILL BE RESCHEDULED DUE TO CORONAVIRUS. NEW DATES TO BE DETERMINED.  Taste of Dublin in partnership with Electrolux, returns to the stunning Iveagh Gardens.  Guests can enjoy live cooking demonstrations and interactive culinary features to mouth-watering masterclasses and live entertainment as well as over a hundred artisan producers!

Eikon Exhibition Centre, Lisburn, Northern Ireland

May 3-5, 2019  Connemara Mussel Festival - Renvyle, Galway, Ireland
A weekend of music, activities and of course bowls full of fresh Killary mussels. Each year Killary Harbour produces up to 2000 tonnes of rope mussels. There are both amateur and professional mussel cooking competitions, chef demonstrations, country market. Also, dancing, music, art, and childrens activities.

May 11-12, 2019  National Mills Weekend - Various, Northern Ireland
Celebrating the UK's milling heritage on the second weekend of May each year. National Mills Weekend is the annual festival of our milling heritage and provides you with a fantastic opportunity to visit mills, many of which are not usually open to the public.

June 6-8, 2017  11th Global Dairy Congress - Dublin, Ireland
Now in its 11th year Zenith’s established Global Dairy Congress will comprise market briefings, conference sessions and local tour just outside Dublin. April 15-17, 2016  Big Cheese & Beer Expo
Derry, Londonderry, Northern Ireland
A 3 day celebration of local cheese & beer offering a platform for local producers and craft brewers to showcase their work.  This family friendly event will include searing cook offs and cheese and beer inspired demonstrations from some of Derry’s culinary stars from local restaurants.  Try some locally produced cheese and for the adults, sample some of the North Wests finest craft beers. Visit the boulevard of food providers who will be offering cheese and beer themed dishes featuring the best of the regions local craft beer & cheeses.  The Festival Marquee will have plenty of family fun with pop up puppeteers, face painting, culinary themed arts and crafts plus lots more.  At night the marquee will be transformed into an adult only event giving you the opportunity to enjoy the best of the regions craft beer, sample a cheese plate of the finest local cheese or visit the boulevard of food providers who will be offering the best of local cheese and beer inspired dishes all while being entertained by some fantastic musicians and upcoming stars.

May 29-31, 2015  Foynes Irish Coffee Festival - Foynes, Limerick, Ireland
Celebrating Foynes' role as an aviation center during the 1940's era of 'flying boats' and the famous Irish coffee drink invented by chef Joe Sheridan to warm passengers after a long flight. The festival includes the World Irish Coffee Making Championship, parades, fireworks and entertainment.

June 10-14, 2015  Só Sligo Food & Culture Festival - Sligo, Ireland
Só Sligo Food and Culture Festival programme brings together food experiences through food trails and explorations of food heritage together with an action packed festival  of events drawing from Sligo’s literary, heritage and cultural strengths.  The theme of this year’s festival is 'Back to Basics'.  The six day programme includes a Wild Food Experience, Fermentation Workshops (and a pop up Ferment Bar) the World Irish Stew Championships, Irish craft beer and food tasting events, the Sligo food trail, cookery demos, workshops for adults and children, cook offs, foodie film and more.
