CRAB SALAD WITH HONEY VINAIGRETTE

Salad Ingredients  
• 1 bag mixed field greens
• 1/2 pound fresh jumbo lump blue crabmeat
• 1 tangerine
• 1/2  onion, caramelized
• 1 small seedless cucumber, sliced thin
• 1 tomato, quartered
 

Directions
Toss all ingredients together.


HONEY VINAIGRETTE  
• 1/4 cup Champagne vinegar
• 1/8 cup Dijon mustard
• 1/3 cup extra light olive oil
• 1/2 cup  honey
• salt and pepper


Directions
Combine the vinegar and mustard.
Wisk in oil gradually.
Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper.
Add to the salad mixture.
